WHAT IS CALI-YOGA?
A fusion between CALISTENIA, union of two Greek words: Kallos (beauty) and Sthenos (strength), a system of physical exercises that work with one’s own body weight, and YOGA, a discipline known worldwide to improve balance, flexibility, and concentration.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
We will start the class practicing #PowerYoga with the yogi master Sara Zen to warm up the body and focus on the present, to acquire the concentration that is needed to practice, then the exercises of #Calistenia by the greatGianluca Satyam Furiozzi, a professional in its discipline.
We will work on the core and hand balances as well as other workouts.
Recommended for those people with high physical performance who want to improve and take their personal training to another level. NOT suitable for those who do not practice moderate physical exercise.
